Work Summary:
We repaired this leaking roof at this Hawthorn property. Due to the shallow pitch of this terracotta tile roof during significant storm events, the homeowners experienced lots of water ingress on the ceiling. Our tilers stripped the tiles and found numerous holes in the old sarking paper, including deteriorated timber roof battens. We replaced them with new sarking and timber battens and reinstalled the roof tiles back in place.
